🧾 Antes de Cargar

  1. Obtenga una Tarjeta de Sal en la ventanilla de la Oficina de Transporte.
  2. Regístrese en la hoja en el escritorio.
  3. Revise el Mapa de la Mina publicado en la oficina.
  4. Destape su camión.

🚛 Indicaciones de Conducción

  • Conduzca recto pasando la pila de sal hasta llegar a una señal de alto.
  • Gire a la izquierda detrás de la pila de sal. Use el Carril 1 (junto a la pila de sal).
  • Use el Canal de Radio 19 para ayuda o presione el botón negro del intercomunicador en la caja amarilla en la primera estación de tarjetas.
  • Informe al operador que es su primera vez cargando.
  • En el primer conjunto de cajas, escanee su Tarjeta de Sal (código de barras hacia arriba).
  • Responda las preguntas en pantalla:
  • ¿Está destapado?

⚙️ Carga

  1. Use el Carril 1 (junto a la pila de sal). Si está cerrado, use el Carril 2.
  2. Espere la luz verde sobre el carril para avanzar.
  3. Colóquese bajo la tolva y escanee su tarjeta nuevamente.
  4. La sal se carga en 3 descargas iguales
  5. (Remolques pup = 1 descarga)
  6. Posicione el remolque bajo la tolva.
  7. Antes de cada descarga, tire del cable horizontal.
  8. Siga las luces:
  9. 🔴 🟢 Luces roja y verde parpadeando – Listo para cargar
  10. 🔴 Rojo = Cargando
  11. 🟢 Verde = Transacción completa.

🧾 Después de Cargar

  1. Cuando termine, avance hasta la caja de acero inoxidable para obtener su Ticket de Sal.
  2. Espere hasta que la impresión esté completa antes de arrancarlo (toma 1–2 minutos).
  3. Revise su ticket (Verifique ubicaciones de origen y destino, número de camión y tonelaje):
  4. ✅ ¿Correcto? → Vuelva a tapar y salga.
  5. ⚠️ ¿Incorrecto? → Estacione cerca del área de retapado y vaya a la Oficina de Transporte para ayuda.
Undercutting
The extraction process begins with undercutting the mine walls level with the floor. A self-propelled undercutter carves a massive channel at the base of the deposit and across the entire room. This channel allows for a more efficient explosive blast and also helps create a smooth mine floor.
Drilling
Once the mine wall is undercut a special drilling machine bores small holes into the face of the salt. Then miners will prime these holes with explosive materials and prepare to start blasting.
Blasting
Miners ignite the explosives, creating a blast that dislodges 800 to 900 tons of rock salt in less than three seconds. The depth of the mine and cushion of the overburden absorbs the blast vibrations, preventing any surface damage to immediate and surrounding areas.
Loading
Huge front-end loaders transport the blasted rock salt to the primary crusher. Loaders dump their loads of salt into a powerful spinning crusher, where large pieces are quickly crushed and screened down to small pieces. The salt is then transported to the hoisting shaft where skip hoists bring the loads to the surface in a matter of seconds.
Transportation
Upon reaching the surface, the salt is stored here at the mine in our huge stockpile where it is loaded and sent out to customers by rail car or by truck.
